Logotherapy – Discovering the Meaning of Life

In today’s world, many people experience a sense of emptiness or loss of meaning in both their professional and personal lives. Drawing on logotherapy and existential analysis, I support clients in discovering meaning, clarifying values, and reconnecting with what gives their lives direction and purpose.

Logotherapy belongs to the existential tradition and approaches the human being holistically, taking into account three fundamental dimensions: biological, psychological, and spiritual. Together, these dimensions form an integrated whole that is considered throughout the therapeutic process.

For those interested in the philosophical and therapeutic foundations of this approach, I recommend Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl.

A meaning-centered coaching and personal development process grounded in logotherapy can be especially helpful in the following areas:

Building psychological resilience
Experiencing feelings of boredom or existential emptiness
Dealing with frustration or existential crises
Working with the sense of losing one’s existence
Overcoming a lack of hope
